Welcome! Thank you for choosing Polishedx Nail Bar, my name is Jasmine - I am so excited to work with you. My goal is to leave you with nails you love! I work exclusively with Gel Extensions and Structured Manicures. Gel Extensions are a lightweight, soak off product that are less bulky compared to acrylics. They require soak offs and a new set be applied. Structured Manicures are a thick buildable gel that is applied over the natural nail. This will add strength and allow the natural nail to be more durable. Great for clients who do not want to add an extension. Depending on the length of your natural nails, we will use either a soft or hard gel. Polices •There is a 15-minute grace period, please contact me immediately if you are running late. The integrity of my work, your relaxation and overall peace are of the upmost importance. To ensure the quality of my work is not rushed and to stay on schedule, if you will not arrive within the 15-minute grace period your appointment will have to be rescheduled. In the event I am able to still complete your appointment, a $35 late fee will be added to your balance. •Please make sure your nails are not injured or wounded in any way. For health and safety reasons I will not work on your nails if they are. If you are unsure please send me a picture of your nails. •New clients - please come with bare natural nails. •No additional guests unless they are being serviced also. •Please sit forward with both hands on the arm rest. If you will be on the phone, be sure to bring an earpiece to assist you. This will help maintain the flow of the appointment. Booking •A non-refundable retainer is required to book your appointment. This will be applied to your overall balance. In the event you need to cancel your appointment the retainer will still be non-refundable. •The prices listed are starting prices, please send me an email (contact@polishedxnailbar.com) with as many details of your desired look to receive a quote. •All appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance, at this time I am not accepting same day appointments. • The booking calendar will show 1 months’ worth of availability. If a day/time is unavailable please join the waitlist so you are the first to know of any openings. •Regular clients only - If you are in need of a nail removal, please be sure to add this service. I would love to safely remove your nails. If you do not book this service, I may not have time to complete the desired set. •If you have any special requests or questions about a design, please send an email. I love a challenge, but also love to be prepared! Some designs require supplies to be pre-ordered.
